Many mothers children sleep through the night. But only when you are a mother of a child who wakes up every hour of the night, you feel not only exhausted but also alone wondering what the issue is thinking how will you physically get through another day like this but somehow you manage.. just about. You look online and everything you read contradicts itself and you get even more confused and stressed when realising you have spent your limited free time searching for the answer but by the end of your search you still feel lost with lots of questions. The next day starts and you do the same everyday. firstly, consistency is key to success. Having 2 children and many other mothers within our team who had children who woke up quickly discovered there is an answer!! yes you will be resting in bed thinking omg is this real it’s like I’ve found the biggest secret and I need to tell the world but your friends maybe not as enthusiastic as they are either single with no kids or have children who have always slept through the night. Because you will have found something so precious which has created a new life of routine, expectations and happiness you might turn into a mum who panics if your routine delays by a few minutes. Having the clear tools and techniques not only for the preparation but the delivery and maintenance is key. it’s really the first few years of a child’s life we worry so much about sleep and as they get older they can speak themselves and explain how they feel. Second most important tip is to get support. Join the Facebook group, only during training ensure you have the support system in place because people putting self doubt will not make your Journey easy. We have found mothers who didn’t have their spouses support needed telephone support just a little someone to really give the parent that boost of confidence not self doubt. By the end of the journey your child will be sleeping better so we suggest you make a bet before you start if you have none believers! You could win two jackpots! The third most important tip is stick to the instructions but more important as a mother we all have our natural instinct so that is by far the most important to follow. Only you know what is best for your child everyone can provide you with guidence but it’s up to you to decide what is best for your child. Many children who don’t sleep well are very irritable so a few months of challenges for a lifetime of good sleep is a good investment. Nothing in life comes easy but when you cross the mountain your so glad you did!

You spend lots of time in the kitchen making the effort to prepare the best meal you can, the moment you put the plate down the kids decide to run around and if they do sit its usually for a few seconds before they are off again making a mess or playing chase with siblings. So what is the key to encouraging kids to eat in one sitting!. There are many ways and one solution does not fit all. However if you follow our guide, you are sure to eliminate eating cold food or throwing it away! if not you eating the left overs. Set the timer. Why do kids behave in school? one reason is beacuse they have structure they know what to expect so there is no reason to get upset it happens every day so as my mother said” you either live happy or unhappy but you have to live it”. Suitable chairs. Keep kids feet on the floor with no toys or tv at the table. It maybe difficult for a few days but once your child knows the rules and they wont be changed. Soon the focus will be sitting and eating, after all you dont have all day to eat it and there is nothing else to do. A good idea is to read a story to the kids while they eat.
